The X refers to output pin number, X=

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,all.

The Y refers to either ON or OFF.

Response, if another pulse command has already been

issued:

OUTPUT X LOCKED

Fail response, if invalid <time> value:

ERROR( Unknown Command )

Fail response, if NITZ network service is not supported

and <time> value was more than 23 hours 59 minutes

and 59 seconds:
